If you need help or you're New to roms and emulation these are some tips

First thing first You need an Emulator i suggest RetroArch is a Newbie Friendly good all in one emulator this is a video to how to setup and use ReTrOaRcH
OpenEmu FOR MAC USERS THAT WILL NOT USE RETRO ARCH BECAUSE IT'S NOT ENOUGH LOOKING LIKE MAC UI OR THEY HAVE AN OCD OR something like that it's good anyways ( i didn't use it bc i'm not a mac user )
🕿︎♋︎◻︎◻︎●︎♏︎ ◻︎❒︎□︎♎︎◆︎♍︎⧫︎⬧︎ ♋︎❒︎♏︎ □︎❖︎♏︎❒︎◻︎❒︎♓︎♍︎♏︎♎︎✆︎
and a download Manger
Jdownloader ( download the jar version ) A photo to explain what to download (don't download the .exe version it has an adware in it )
or idm u can trial reset with this
a torrent clients (credits to Piracy wiki)

stay away from [credits to Piracy wiki]
second you need sources to download roms these are the best sites + some tips
sites :

AlvRo's Collection
Vimm's Lair
The Eye
GamesTorrents ( of course if u can torrent )
MEGA-ROM
N(itro)blog
THE MEGATHREAD
RomsUniverse

If u Want to Check if the site is safe go to here and comment ur site url
Tips :
Tip #1 : If you're in a country that hate piracy like USA or Germany ( i think Germany have dmca or something ?? idk ) etc. stay away from torrent and stay away from http sites
( download Https Everywhere extension and enable encrypt all sites eligible option by pressing on the icon of https everywhere ) even if your browser included with it . because it will warn you if the site is http...
Tip #2 : FBI will not raid your house ( because fbi will not waste there time on you )
Tip #3 : https is your best friend because it's encrypted that means if you go to a https roms site
your isp will see (random numbers and letters) .com/.net/.org/.to/.site etc.
Tip #4 : install an adblock i suggest Ublock Origin
Tip #5 : install a pop-up blocker if you have a chromium based browser like Brave, Chrome, New Edge etc. i suggest this ( if you know a better one please give me the link ) poperblocker
Tip #6 The MegaThread is your OTHER BEST FRIEND if you want an rom head to the megathread and press ctrl + F and search ;)
Tip #7 DON'T DO NOT OPEN ANY ANY ANY .MSI .EXE/.DMG/.DEB or ANY OTHER FILE THAT you CAN OPEN WITHOUT AN EMULATOR THE FILE IT'S 2000% A VIRUS ( EXCEPT WHEN you DOWNLOAD RETRO ARCH [ or any other emulator OF COURSE ] ) AND DON'T OPEN .BAT FILES IT CAN DELETE SYSTEM32 FILE AND IT'S ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT FILES IN WINDOWS
Tip #8 Emulating is Legal but Downloading ROMs is ILEGAL ( OF COURSE IF you're LIVING IN A COUNTRY THAT DMCA IS A HOLY THING ) ;-)
Tip #9 If you're suspicious of a file u can scan it on VirusTotal or Hybird Analysis ( you need to upload the file because it will open it on a vm in there sever ).
Tip #10 I recommend using a controller if you have a xbox controller just connect it to your pc and you're good to go BUT if you have a dualshock controller (ps controller )
use DS4 Windows ( if you have a windows pc ) ( I Know it's the fork bc the og creator stopped working on it in 2016 or somthing like that )
or any other controller .
Tip #11 If you download a rom and it came in .rar .zip .7z .r001( if the rom came with multiple files like .r001 .r002 .r003... you need to extract just a one file) etc. you can use 7-ZIP or Winrar ( don't worry 40 days trial doesn't end ).

Tip #12 if the rom came in this order rom.rar.exe don't think to open it and if you hide the extension file from showing from the file name it will show like rom.rar but it's actually a .exe or .dmg etc.

Tip #13 if you have a linux pc or a mac that doesn't mean you will not get infected even Temple OS have malwares ( if you don't what's a malware is just search ).
Tip #14 if u tired of link shorters and etc. use universal Bypass
Tip #15 Some good emulators :
Dolphin a wii and gamecube emulator ( check the compatibility list to check if the game work )
Citra 3DS emulator ( check the compatibility list to check if the game work )
BSNES HD beta if u want to play snes games on HD
PCSX2 the best ps2 emulator
EPSXE a little bit old but it's good (ps1)
DON'T use zsnes ( i guy on the comments said that )
RPCS3 PS3 ( check the compatibility list to check if the game work )
Xenia Xbox 360 ( check the compatibility list to check if the game work )
Cemu WiiU Emulator ( check the compatibility list to check if the game work )
a Decryptor for 3ds games if citra won't open the rom HERE
DS DeSmuME (OLD) ( if u have a good ds emulator give me the link pls )
Project64 N64
DOSBox DOS emulator ( check the compatibility list to check if the game work )
IF U HAVE any other emulator pls link it in the comments <3
Tip #16
Romsmania
CoolRoms
etc. are NOT SAFE
if you have any other tips share it =)

Once they are in your account you can sell them instantly for $$, and transfer to your bank account, OR you can keep them on your account. EOS, and COMP have been doing really well, so they might be worth keeping. This is just a really good promotion, probably one of the better i’ve see. Its easy AF, quick, and the reward is really good. If you don’t know anything about crypto, i highly suggest you learn. It’s still very early and its growing super quick. cryptocurrency has gained a ton of attention in the past couple years and is actually starting to become a real actual currencies (already is, but according to our governments) many different types of crypto is starting to become accepted in a bunch of stores, realtors are taking as payment for a house, and colleges are even accepting as tuition. I started researching bitcoin a short amount of time after Satoshi Nakamoto released it (2009) and bought my first few in 2013 at 15$!! From early 2013 the price was about $11 USD and at the end of 2017, $20,000. But they fell and recovered as the stock market does. But the 24-hour trading Volume today, in 2020 is is INSANE ($20,690,383,231) with an even crazier market cap of $209,783,036,693, which by the middle-end of next month should reach $210 billion, possibly sooner. Its just a really smart investment, buy a little over time. Some analysts are predicting that BTC could reach anywhere from $100k to $1,000,000 for BTC in the next few years. Im not sure exactly where i would name the price in 5 years, but know there is only a limited supply of BTC. They are mined (basically just means that the transactions and blocks on the ledger or blockchain are verified) by sophisticated pieces of hardware called ASIIC miners, or some even use GPU, and CPU in expensive computers. Although CPU mining can be very inefficient anymore as the mathematical calculations and problems the miners need to solve get more and more complicated over time. This, the limited supply, the increasing interest, usability, and need for blockchain technology all add the the idea of BTC reaching such incredibly high futures. Their is a total of 20,999,976 bitcoin and that is it. With a total of 18,517,418.75 in circulation. The last BTC is estimated to be 2140. Big difference from the 18.5M mined in 10 years, right? Thats because of the halving. Anyway, I’m sure you have heard some things about BTC, probably from the media, and if it was, it probably wasn’t good. You probably heard that people buy illegal dangerous stuff off of the “Darknet” and that its completely untraceable. Or that money can be laundered through BTC. But that is hardly partly true for BTC and other cryptocurrencies, and completely true for the USD. While the blockchain doesn’t include any personal information connected to wallets (unless you want it there, or you have the wallet through a service that makes you use personal information, which many services are doing), all transactions can still be tracked and seen by anyone who has an internet connection at https://www.blockchain.com. So if the identity of one of the wallet addresses is known, it would be easier to figure the other out. But for paper, money that cannot be said... completely untraceable, has been prone to money laundering since it’s inception, can be used to purchase various drugs—hookers, guns, dynamite, and even politicians... since its inception, without a trace. The reason not just bitcoin, but i think even more exciting, is just blockchain technology and a host of things that are coming with it. It can be used for tons of things, software and can be built directly into blockchains, they can hold and process data at enormous speeds, while being extremely, extremely secure. More secure in a lot ways than banks. There are tons of new cryptocurrency projects being started everyday. For the most part, all of these projects have some sort of token integrated, because its what powers, and processes the data. If people find the project interesting or a great idea you like you’ll be able to invest in it buy buying/selling, or holding the token/coin. When these projects gain enough traction by like-minded individuals, the coin gains a value. This value can then be exchanged for other crypto, or traded directly for Fiat currencies ($,€,₽,¥,£,₩). For some examples of how wonderful the community is, and reveal what the true nature of blockchain and crypto was founded on, ill list 3 of my favorite crypto projects of 2020 so far along with a little excerpt from the white paper or other:
 1. AIDCOIN: “allows websites to embed a widget into their website and accept donations in any cryptocurrency. Any donated crypto is transferred into AID token, which is also a stable coin. At first, this might seem like not such a good thing but the more I looked into it, the more I realized accepting a stable coin might actually make more sense for a charity as it reduces their risk exposure to volatility.”
 2. BRAVE BROWSER—Privacy Internet Browser: “As far as I’m concerned, keeping people safe and protecting their privacy and security is a noble endeavor. For far too long, giants like Google and Facebook have gotten away with unethical data practices with nothing more than a slap on the wrist. They have been able to spy on their users, abuse their data and use it for whatever purpose they deem fit. Brave Browser is looking to put an end to that through the most secure browser that exists on the market today.” Basically Brave takes on the responsibility of completely protecting privacy and from ads. As an added available option, brave allows you, to watch and look at sponsored ads while you browse. So basically just a stand-in for other browsers ads, but instead you make money WITH brave. You are awarded BAT (Basic Attention Token) for your service. BAT’s are currently at .21¢.
 3. Power Ledger: Last but not least. Power Ledger is probably one of my favorite projects that is actually making a real use-case out of crypto and blockchain. They are aiming to disrupt the energy sector with a heightened focus on renewable energy. Their software allows for three core things: 1. Energy Trading (if you have excess energy from your solar panels, for example, you can trade that to your neighbor through Power Ledger). 2. Environmental commodities trading (to help for the reliable tracking of renewable energy credits). 3. Renewable asset ownership (This will allow people who cannot afford their own renewable energy set-up to invest in fractional ownership). I honestly think Power Ledger is doing God’s work and wish them all the best.
As those projects above outlined, the basic principles behind pretty much every currency and upcoming project i have ever seen is, Trust, Sharing profit with the users who help make it into what it becomes, actual transparency, no central authority (due to decentralization), and lastly i believe it gives opportunity to those who are out if opportunity’s way. This is because it reaches so far, like into oppressive governments and 3rd work countries. Anyways, i hope to have given you a little insight during this read. Crypto has so much potential to fill and has already done so much. Looking forward to seeing where else all of this goes.

Some sites to make extra money

Hello Fellow Redditors,
I am going to list some of my income sources. I will try to give as much information as I can.
Some details about me:I am u/abhiearns, I am currently studying. I want to create some sort of extra income sources. I have been trying to use beermoney as well as other passive income communities like passive_income, passiveincome to find some sites and sources that can work for me.
Enough with the details, Let start by listing some of my extra income sources.
Active Earning: So, I will start with sites on which you have to work actively and devote some serious hours to earn some extra income. These are some beermoney sites (include survey sites, and other such sites):

Passive Earning (No Initial Investments): These will list some of my passive earning sources, I am not listing my investments here because I think they deserve a separate section.Disclaimer: I have 2 laptops and an extra phone so I use all of them for earning, the payments may vary depending on the number and power of various computers.

Passive Earning (Investments Required): These are the sources which require some sort of initial investment. These sources can be risky and there are chances to lose money.

\** I am still trying other sites and apps. I will keep updating this post.*
These are some of the sources I use to earn, I highly recommend these. I won't say you will become a millionaire using these but still its little more than you had yesterday.

Sweet! I figured out how to buy packs for free.

Sweet! I figured out how to buy packs for free.
Thanks, Bitpay.

I had never even heard of xsolla before.
I noticed that on my PC, after accidentally clicking a pack, that there was an option to pay with BitPay.

Sweet!
Having acquired some crypto from using the Brave browser, I decided to look into it and found out it was legit so I opened a bitpay wallet on my phone and converted the BAT that they give you for allowing ads and from Reddit and Twitter tips into XRP(Ripple) on Binance and sent it to my BitPay wallet. I used XRP because the transfer fees are minuscule compared to Bitcoin or Ethereum and I hate paying those huge miner fees. Sometimes $4-$5 a pop.
Anyhow, over the last few months I had socked away quite a bit and was able to buy the Void Pack for $69.99 CDN and it didn't cost me a cent of real money. I still have some left so I will definitely be saving up again for the next sacred 2x or some other deal.
I still don't understand why more people don't take advantage of the free crypto that's available, and I don't mean the Discord scammers that are offering a chance of a lifetime. I guess it's because it is new and unknown, and there have been some scams involving crypto but there are scams anywhere money is involved. If you want to learn more, let me know but I'll quit boring you here, I was just excited to get all this for just a little bit of time.

Ahhhhh yeah.

An In-Depth Guide to: How do I Fix my Ledger Nano’s Stuck Ethereum Transaction?!?!?! (It’s Been Stuck for Weeks and NOTHING Traditional has Worked!!!!) As Well as: How Do I Choose My Nonce??? I’ve Tried MetaMask, MEW/MyEtherWallet, and Others, but Nothing is Working Correctly!!! I’m Dying by Stress!

So, if you were like me 1-2 months ago, you’ve probably already gone through 2,or 3, ...or 40 articles and guides that probably say something like:
“YeP, eVeRy EtHeReUm UsEr WiLl EvEnTuAlLy HaVe ThE LoW-gAs ExPeRiEnCe, YoU’rE nOt AlOnE! DoN’t FrEaK OuT tHoUgH; ThErE iS a WaY tO fIx It!”
Chances are, every time you read another useless article, you want to kill the nearest inanimate object, even though it was never alive in the first place. Nonetheless, you’re gonna kill it as much as it can be killed, holding nothing back; or, you’re just plotting to and slowly getting closer to executing the plan (and the object) every time you are insulted once again.
However, if you have the ability to download software (MyCryptoWallet) on a PC, it should be safe to relax now. I think you’ve finally found some good news, because I am 99.99...% sure this will work for the issue that so many people are having at this time, around the end of the month of May, year 2020.
More and more people are likely to be having this issue soon, since Ethereum's gas prices have been insanely high lately as well as having 300% price changes in a matter of minutes; Etherscan’s Gas tracker is nearly uselessly-inaccurate at this time. I've heard that there's a congestion attack; that was said a week ago, and it appears to be ongoing... (I can't think of any other suspect besides Justin Sun to blame it on... it must be incredibly expensive to overload the blockchain for this long... I may be wrong though...)

Let’s begin
For myself, I was trying to send an ERC20 token when this dreadful issue attacked. Specifically, the token was either BSOV or GRT; I sent them 1 after the other and the first succeeded, and the second one took over a week.
(They’re both great tokens in my opinion and deserve much more attention than they’ve been getting. BSOV is nearing its 1 year anniversary as I write this, and GRT is still in its 90 day community-development progress test, so of course I'm gonna take this opportunity to "shill" them; they are great tokens with great communities).
I was able to finally fix it, after a week of mental agony (also the txn finally processed 1-2 hours before I found the solution, robbing me of the gratitude of fixing it myself... (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻ ...but now I guess I can hopefully save some of you the headaches that I endured... ) I’m providing the ability to do the same, in a step by step guide.
Why did I go through all of this trouble? I'd fault the fact that I have ADHD and autism, which in my case can multiply each other’s intensity and cause me to “hyper-focus” on things, much much more than most with the same qualities, intentionally or not. Adderall is supposed to give me a bit of control over it, but except for in a very-generalized way, it’s still 90% up to chance and my default-capabilities to allow me control over my attention with self-willpower. But also Karma and Moons pls... ʘ‿ʘ

 1. In MyCrypto, (I'm using the Windows 10 app, version 1.7.10) you will open to a screen that says "How would you like to access your wallet?". Choose Ledger, of course. (Unless your here for some non-ledger issue? Idk why you would be but ok.)
 2. On the next screen (having your nano already plugged in, unlocked, and opened into the Ethereum app) click "Connect to Ledger Wallet"
 3. A screen overlay should appear, titled: "Select an Address". Here is where it may get confusing for some users. Refer to "AAA" below to know how to find your account. (Geez, sorry lol that was a huge amount of info for a reddit reply; I might've over-elaborated a little bit too much. but hey it's valuable information nonetheless!)
 4. After escaping the "AAA" section, you'll have accessed your account with MyCrypto. Awesome! To find your ERC20 tokens, (slight evil-laughter is heard from an unidentifiable origin somewhere in the back of your mind) go to "AAB".
 5. (You may have decided to find the token(s) on your own, rather than daring to submit to my help again; if so, you may pity those who chose the other path... ~~( ̄▽ ̄)~~) Now, once you've added your token, you should revert your attention to the account's transfer fill-out form!
 6. I'll combine the steps you probably understood on your own, already. Put in the address that your stuck transaction is still trying to send currency to. If an ERC20 token is involved, use the drop-down menu to change "ETH" to the token in trouble. Input your amount into the box labeled... wait for it... "Amount". Click on "+Advanced".
 7. Refer to Etherscan.com for the data you will need. Find the page for your "transaction(txn) hash/address" from the transaction history on the wallet/Ethereum-manager you used to send from. If that is unavailable, put your public address that your txn was sent from into the search tool and go to its info page; you should be able to find the pending txn there. Look to open the "more details" option to find the transaction's "Nonce" number.
 8. Put the nonce in the "Nonce" box on MyCrypto; you will contest the pending txn with a new txn that offers larger gas fees, by using the same nonce. If (but most likely "When") the new transaction is processed first, for being more miner-beneficial, the nonce will then be completed, and the old transaction will be dropped because it requests an invalid, now-outdated nonce. Your account will soon be usable!
 9. Go to the Gas Tracker, and it may or may not provide an informative reading. Choose whatever amount you think is best, but choose wisely; if you're too stingy it may get stuck again, and you'd need to pay another txn's gas to attempt another txn-fix.
 10. At the time I write this, I'd recommend 50-100 gwei; to repeat myself, gas requirements are insane right now. To be safe, make the gas limit a little higher than MCW's automatic calculation, you may need to undo the check-mark for "Automatically Calculate Gas Limit".
 11. Press "Send Transaction"!!!
 12. You will need to validate the action through your nano. It will have you validate three different things if you are moving an ERC20 Token. It's a good idea to verify accuracy, as always.

Well, I hope this worked for you! If not, you can let me know in a reply and I'll try to figure it out with you. I like making these in-depth educational posts, so if you appreciate it please let me know; I'll probably make more posts like this in the future!
( Surely this is at least far better than Ledger's "Support" article where they basically just tell you "Yeah, we haven't bothered to make a way to manually select nonces. I guess we might try to make that available for Bitcoin accounts at some point in the future; who knows? lol"... that's not infuriating at all, right?)

AAA:
Before I tell you how to find your address, I will first make it clear, within the italicized text, exactly which address you are looking for, if you are not already sure:
You may also skip the text written in italics if your issue does not include an ERC20 token, if you wish.
Ledger Live can confuse some users with its interface. On LL, to manage an ERC20 token, you first must go to your Ethereum account and add the token. When you then click on the added token under "Tokens" below the graph chart for your account's ETH amount over time, the screen will then open a new screen, that looks just the same, except focused on the specific ERC20 token. To confuse users further, there is then an option to "Star account", which then add the ETH icon with the ERC20 token's first letter or symbol overlapping, onto the easy access sidebar, as if it was another account of similar independency to the ETH account it was added to.
This improperly displays the two "accounts" relation to each other.
Your ERC20 holdings (at least for any and all ERC20 that I know of) are "held" in the exact-same address as the Ethereum address it was added to, which also "holds" any Ether you've added to it. You send both Ether (ETH) and any ERC20 Tokens to and from only Ethereum addresses of equivalent capabilities, in both qualities and quantities. In all basic terms and uses, they are the same.
So, to know what the problematic account's address is, find the address of the Ethereum account it was added to in Ledger Live.
Now, to find your address on MyCrypto, the most reliable way to find it, that I am aware of, is this:
Open Ledger Live. Go to the screen of your Ethereum address (again, this is the one that you added your ERC20 token, if applicable. If you're not dealing with an ERC20 token, you may ignore everything I've put in Italics). Click on "Edit account"; this is the icon next to the star that may look like a hex-wrench tool. On the new screen-overlay, you will see "> ADVANCED LOGS". Click on the ">" and it will point down while revealing a drop-down with some data that you may or may not recognize/understand. Likely to be found indented and in the middle-ish area, you will see this line, or something hopefully similar:
"freshAddressPath": "44'/60'/X'/0/0",
The "X" will probably be the only thing that changes, and the actual data will have a number in its place; it will not be a letter. Let's now put that line to use in MyCrypto:
Take the 44'/60'/X'/0/0 , and make sure you DO NOT copy the quotation marks, or that comma at the end either.
You can do this before or after copying and/or pasting, but drop the second "/0" at the end; it was not necessary in my case, I expect that you won't need it either, and will probably just make MyCrypto see it as an invalid input.
Okay, now go back to the "Select an Address" screen-overlay in MyCrypto.
Next to "Addresses", click on the box on the right, and you should be shown a list of options to select from in a drop-down menu.
Scroll all the way down, and you should find the "Custom" option at the very bottom. Select it.
A new box will appear; probably directly to the right of the now-shortened box that now displays the "Custom" option that you just selected. This box will offer an interface for typed input. ...yep... once again, believe it or not, you should click it.
Type " m/ ", no spaces before or after.
Type in or paste the data we retrieved from ledger live.
The box should now hold this:
m/44'/60'/X'/0
Again, X should be a number. In fact, that number is probably equal to the number of Ethereum (not including any ERC20 wannabe) accounts that you've made on Ledger Live before making the one we're working on right now! (1st Eth. Acc. would have: X = 0, 2nd: X = 1, 3rd: X = 2, ...)
Make sure you've included every apostrophe ( ' ), and solidus ( / ); there is NO APOSTROPHE for the "m" at the start and the "/0" at the end!
If you press the enter key or click on the check-mark to the right of where you typed, the appropriate addresses will be generated, and the address you created through Ledger Live should be the first one on the list!
Select your address and press "Unlock", and you are now accessing your account through the MyCrypto app's interface!

AAB:
In order to access your ERC20 token, you will need to add them first.
You may have to scroll down, but on the right-side of your unlocked account screen, you'll see a box with "Token Balances" as its header.
Click "Scan for tokens". This may take a short bit of time, and when it's done it may or may not display your ERC20 token. If it worked, you can head on back to the main part.
If you got the result I did, it won't display your token, or, if our result was exactly the same, it won't display any at all. However, you should now have the "Add Custom Token" option available, so see where that takes you.
You should discover four boxes, specified in order (Address/ Decimals / Token_Symbol / Balance). You may only need to fill in the "Address" box, but if you need to fill others, you'll find those with the token's address; here's 2 ways to find it, if you don't already know.
Method I:
Since you've probably already been managing your token with Ledger Live, you can go to the LL screen of your "account" for that token; Right next to the account's icon, and directly above the name, you'll see:
Contract: 0x??????...????????
Yes, go on; click it. You'll find the token's page on Etherscan; this was just a shortcut to the same place that both of the two previously referenced methods lead to. Skip to method... III?
Method II:
Go to Etherscan.com, or a similar Ethereum-blockchain-monitoring website, if you have a different preference. Search for the name of your token, and you should be able to see it as a search result. Activate your search manually of by selecting search option. Continue on with Method III.
Method III (I&II; what makes you think there was a third method? I said 2!):
At this point, you should find the "contract address" somewhere on the screen. This is the identity of the creature that breathes life into the token, allowing it to exist within the world of Ethereum. Steal it, and tell MyCrypto that you've left some of "your" tokens in the address of your ledger's Ethereum account. MyCrypto will trust and believe you without any concern or doubt, just by putting "your" contract address in the box for "Address"; it's almost too easy!
Well whaddya know, this one isn't actually too long! Don't tell anyone who may have taken a little longer whilst finding out how to do it themselves, though. There's value in trying to do something on your own, at least at first, so I'll let them think they made the right choice (¬‿¬). But take this star for humbling yourself enough to seek further help when you need it, since that is a very important life skill as well!
(o゜▽゜)o☆
Now, back to the useful stuff at the top...

EDIT: A comment below made me realize that this info should be added too. Here is my reply to the comment saying I could just use MetaMask. I said in the title that this guide is for questions where MEW and MetaMask aren’t working, but I guess it’s easy to miss. I used my u/caddark account to respond:
(Using this account because u/caddarkcrypto doesn’t meet the karma/age standards to comment; the post had to be manually approved.)
I guess I didn’t make it entirely clear; sorry:
The target audience for this guide is anyone with a stuck Ethereum transaction that was initiated through Ledger Live AND are experiencing the same difficulties I had encountered while trying to fix this issue for myself.
This wasn’t any regular stuck Ethereum transaction. Apparently before, there was an issue that made a Ledger Nano nearly impossible to connect to MetaMask (which is also Brave Browser’s integrated “crypto wallet” for the desktop version) and/or MEW (also perhaps any other browser wallets made for chrome and/or brave) that I heard was supposed to be fixed in a recent update. It might’ve been mostly patched, idk, but during my experience, (in which I was using the latest version of Ledger Live that is available right now,) that issue still remained.
The really weird part was that it successfully connected to the browser wallets again after I fixed the stuck transaction. At first I thought that somehow the txn was what was bugging the connection. However, later, during no txn issues, I was again unable to connect.
Seeing the same connection error again later, I opened up the MCW app I downloaded the day before, and was going to just use that. While in the process of operating MCW, I suddenly had another idea to try for the browser wallet so I went back to that just to quickly test it.
The browser wallet worked perfectly...
I don’t know how, but I think that somehow, something in MCW’s software, makes the browser wallets work. They don’t work for me without having MCW opened in the background first.
EDIT 2: Markdown decided to stop working after I did the first edit... I might fix it tomorrow... how did that happen though??? What did I do?
EDIT 3: nvm, I'm just fixing it now; I won't get much sleep tonight I guess.

They know everything about BCH!

They know everything about BCH!
Today I invited the four major development teams of BCH and the development team of BCH fundraising tool Flipstarter.

https://preview.redd.it/51kyef1ybyd51.jpg?width=722&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2fc7ab21b41562b3785cee916b00cddc8d2d48f4
Question 1: This year is a year of DEFI explosion. What is the current situation of BCH's DEFI?
Flipstarter: The development of BCH can use the tool Flipstarter to obtain development funds. BCH will also have more and more smart contracts to provide more functions for the BCH public chain. We provide the AnyHedge protocol, which allows users to generate trustless, non-custodial financial derivatives on BCH.
BCHD: There is a big difference between Defi on Ethereum and Defi on BDH. On Ethereum, you actually send the token to the escrow agreement, and you will lose control of the token. On BCH, there is no need to trust or entrust any third party or third party agreement. Ethereum is a hosted Defi solution, and what Flipstarter will do is a non-custodial solution.
Flipstarter: The BCH script system has been extended to make complex smart contracts possible, and it works differently from Ethereum contracts. We believe that in the long run, UTXO-based contracts will have more advantages.
Follow-up: Why do you think UTXO-based contracts will have more advantages?
Flipstarter: Compared with Ethereum's huge, centralized smart contracts, BCH is a combination of a small number of people and many contracts, which are hashed and stored on the chain. Privacy is guaranteed to a large extent. After opening, you don't know that it is a contract. Because of privacy, security is guaranteed, and it is easier to upgrade.
Question 2: It is said that the BCH development team is too scattered, which will affect the development progress and efficiency. What do the teams think about this issue?
Verde: Having multiple development teams can improve the stability of the agreement. Due to a single code base, Bitcoin's multiple errors have become part of the protocol, and the diversity of development can ensure that these differences are captured and they are not inadvertently entered into the protocol.
In addition, the use of nodes in different languages can broaden the range of development talents. Not everyone likes C language or JAVA or GO. Therefore, the use of multiple computer assembly languages can increase the available talent pool.
Question 3: For Flipstarter, who pays the developers in the end?
Little P: Many communities have contributed different models before, and each method has successfully raised a lot of money. BCH has many invisible supporters, ROGER is a Giant whale, but there are other well-known BCH investors, such as MIKE KOMARANKSY and MARC DE MESEL.
Many developers are very supportive of BCH, so their salary requirements are also very reasonable. Development teams with reasonable requirements, including Giant whale of BCH, are willing to continue to support and make additional investments when there is progress.
The source of Flipstarter is a financing platform made by the EatBCH project, allowing the community to donate BCH to people in poor areas of the world.
BCHD: BCHD works with other teams to develop advanced features and hopes to stimulate people's interest in new technologies such as Neutrino wallet and UTXO contracts. Our goal is to improve BCH as a whole to meet the needs of the ecosystem.
BCHD is fortunate to have more contributors than other flipstarters. Not only a few people provided funding, but the entire BCH community united to support our efforts. We are very grateful for this!
To
BCHN: After Flipstarter's fundraising this time, we realized that there are indeed many senior talents, as long as you can tell them what you want to do. Those claims about the difficulty of fundraising on Flipstarter are untrue. But it does require thoughtfulness, planning, good communication, and good ideas.
Flipstarter: We have completed 164 pledge activities, valued at 2039BCH (approximately US$510,000). 100% of Flipstarter's donations are voluntary. We created Flipstarter, a technical tool, and encouraged others to also create a platform and use it to build a business.
You can learn more here: https://read.cash/@flipstarte-7e53d0e7
Knuth: At Knuth, we adapted the Flipstarter page to fund our future development. You can see the preliminary version of our new campaign: http://campaigns.kth.cash/
Question 4: How does BCH view POW and POS? Will you stick to POW?
BCHN: In the foreseeable future, the BCH team will stick to POW.
BCHD: The profit model of POW and POS is very different. BCHD believes that the profit model of POW cannot be replaced by other models, and POW has more advantages than other systems.
Verde: You can watch our developer conference on YouTube. I have not heard of any plans to switch to POS. I think PoW is a principle we will adhere to, even if it is a minority on the public chain.
Knuth: I have no answer. But all stakeholders need to agree on any change of this magnitude to make it happen.
Flipstarter: https://read.cash/@flipstarteflipstarter-286c252e Here we discuss the working principle of Flipstarter and why it is safe.
Question 5: Does BCH have plans to cooperate with other Internet giants now?
BCHN: Bitcoin.com is cooperating with BRAVE browser. In this regard, ROGER is very capable, their wallets are cooperating with Huawei's new mobile phones.
Verde: Ohio, Dublin and other local governments are using BCH for their digital identity and token systems. We also discussed with a large retailer how to use BCH SLP to get rewards.
Little P: This is far away from developers at the protocol level, but there is more cooperation at the application level. Similar to VERDE, they use the BCH protocol to develop an ID card system with the local government and register on the chain.
Question 6: BTC has lightning network and side chain technology. BSV has gone further on the road of capacity expansion. How can BCH build its own advantages and competitiveness in the future?
BCHN: Many people think that all the problems of Lightning Network and Big Block technologies can be easily solved. Actually not, the Lightning Network is actually difficult to use, let alone side chains. BSV increases the block size, but the chain is unstable, and users cannot increase much. After all, adding some dispensable photos or videos does not have that big impact on the value. BCH should expand steadily while developing business needs.
Little P: BSV has not resolved the 25tx limit, BCH has reached 50, and there will be more in the later period, but the CORE source code leaves us with too many problems and we have to solve them one by one.
BCHD: BCH expansion is to increase capacity without sacrificing decentralization. The goal is above the demand, this is the premise. I think that while BCH can expand on the chain, layer2 is also considered. But the key is not to sacrifice on-chain expansion, and not to force users to trade on LAYER2, causing the main chain to become invalid.
Flipstarter: There are many people who believe in BCH. They have been working on BCH since the establishment of BTC. Other cryptocurrencies can do other things, but BCH clearly wants to be the best P2P cash.
Question 7: Does the Bitmain internal fight have any impact on BCH?
Little P: I don't think so, I am also a miner. In terms of computing power, many miners actually support BCH. And Bitmain has maintained a neutral attitude for many years, because they will eventually need to go public and be profit-oriented.
BCHN: On BCH, investors and developers are diverse. Activities like today can be organized more in the future. Let everyone understand that Bitmain is not the only one in the BCH ecosystem. Of course Bitmain has contributed to BCH, and we are also grateful for it.
Question 8: Are there any well-known applications developed based on BCH?
Flipstarter: This is a DeFi product developed by our General Protocols
https://anyhedge.com/how-it-works/#simulator
BCHD: BCH can now achieve the scale of PAYPAL. Our goal is to focus on market demand to ensure decentralization, which includes new research and development: GRAPHENE, BOBTAIL, etc.

Passive crypto earning! Mobile apps that mine crypto. Start earning now! Bonus links!

These are some of the passive crypto earners I use. These are so passive I can not turn them down, haha.
The first one is Electroneum. This is a mobile miner thats uses no battery, or data as it mines in the cloud. You can find it on the gogle play store here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.electroneum.mobile or on Apple here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/electroneum/id1270774992?ls=1 and if you use my code 99DB62 you will earn 1% more. You can just earn this away and then sell it when you have enough, not much but passive.
This second one is not live yet, and only in phase two, however I would like to be in early on this as it's so passive. It's just like the Electroneum app and called Pi. If you use my code you will get 1Pi. Just dowload it from the app store here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.blockchainvault or from the Apple store here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pi-network/id1445472541 Make sure to use my username Brinny as the invite for the bonus.
The third is Mannabase.com, or Manna coin. This is live on the market and works like UBI(Universal basic income). I like the idea of it but you have to do full KYC. Still very passive and a weekly payout. Use my link to for a bonus to earn more per week: https://www.mannabase.com/?ref=XNapSiCvR9
This is one I love. Not live and can only be spent in app. Its a step counter that pays you in sweatcoins. When you have enough you can get stuff from their rewards store. I'm going to be walking anyway, and plan on using it to buy gifts, there's always beauty products and body scrubs and the like. This has great earning potential for somebody who walks dogs, hikes a lot, or goes for a daily run. I use this for these three activities and am planning on using my SWC to buy people gifts. Or if this lockdown wasn't in place I'd be going for the $1000. Basically earn 20,000 of their coins and you can cash them out for €1000. Follow my link and get a bonus 5swc: www.sweatco.in/hi/bryn499128
This one is similar to the Brave browser, you read articles, and when you finish you can tip the article author some crypto, at no charge to you, and you also receive some. It's easy and I like the concept, will hop on and read a few articls when bored. Follow my link for another bonus to everthing you earn: https://www.publish0x.com?a=5xe7gNye7r
Here's and article as an example if you want: https://www.publish0x.com/crypto-chart-wizard/bitcoin-ethereum-and-xrp-price-predictions-for-april-2020-xvgyvd?a=5xe7gNye7r
Hope this can help somebody.

FREEBITCO.IN can be accessed from any device with internet.
Using a VPN or a TOR is now allowed given that your account achieves certain criteria similar to a captcha free account requirements.
🛑WARNING: FREEBITCO.IN wipes inactive accounts after a certain period! If you lose interest, withdraw your BTC!
📝NOTE: iOS devices (iPad, iPhone) are restrictive. The only way to access is via website, as BitBot isn't available.📝
FREEBITCO.IN is what's called a "faucet", a site that gives a small steady stream of crypto which FREEBITCO.IN does through hourly rolls and interest accrual.
FREEBITCO.IN also hosts other means to win or earn crypto, you can gamble with Multiplier, or bet on world evens and crypto prices.
After your account reaches 30k Satoshi, you begin to collect interest. The site also offers lifetime referral commissions, explained later in this guide.
All you need to start is an email. You can add more verification options for security later on. I would highly suggest it. Use a junk email though.
2FA and MFA are strongly suggested. A password should be 15 characters long. I suggest Google Authenticator for your 2FA needs.
I know you can definitely access this site from Brave Browser with add blockers enabled. I'm sure it will work with others. Even without an ad blockers, they only advertise their site gambling and games, no 3rd party adds that I've seen. It's not too invasive or spammy either.

2️⃣POST INTENTIONS2️⃣
This post is both an advertising platform I use, and a guide I've made to help those interested to automate and optimize earnings.
For those of a cautious mindset, I've uploaded all of FREEBITCO.IN's information on interest accrual, security, and proof of mining on Imgur, in case you're worried about visiting the site.

3️⃣MY EARNINGS3️⃣
So at this point, with hourly claims and daily interest, I'm bringing in roughly 8978 Satoshi (or .70$ USD with BTC at 7804$ USD) daily at full optimization on one account, and two other self referred accounts without lifting a finger. This is before the fact that a hourly roll (claim) can reward up to a max of 200$ USD worth of BTC (percentages in section 5️⃣).
They also have a weekly lotto (tickets awarded with every roll and referral roll) with the last 1st place winner receiving .32769156 BTC (2587$ USD at current bitcoin price).
This is also not including my current commissions on accounts not owned by me. In this post I will describe some of my strategies I've incorporated, and some insight into how this website works.
To offload or withdraw bitcoin, you're going to need what is called a "wallet". I personally use Coinbase (available on mobile or desktop) as you can sell it through here as well and easily move money to Paypal or a bank.
⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹
4️⃣HOW DO COMMISSION REWARDS WORK?4️⃣
If you are already on FREEBITCO.IN, do you have someone who referred you? Do they share commissions? If not, why not make a new account and join me, where you'll get a return on everything you earn.
As you can see, large affiliate groups don't share anything, hoarding hundreds of thousands worth of BTC earned off their referrals
I share 50% of my commissions. I get 50% of your roll rewards, 25% of your interest, and 0.4% of your wagers. All of this is paid out by FREEBITCO.IN as a commission, so it's not pulled from your rewards or held BTC.
So the more you're active, the more you'll receive from me weekly (being active is doing anything that I get commissions from). IMPORTANT: Your (and all referrals) shares are based on activity, so if you are inactive for the week, you get a lower % for that week. If you're the most active of my referrals you get a higher percentage of what I share. This is to incentivize being active and to stop people from getting a cut without doing anything.
If you have FREEBITCO.IN automated, you don't have to worry about this. However, having a larger bankroll to earn interest, or playing Multiply BTC (I do not suggest playing unless doing so to meet auto roll requirements) will increase can your activity further.
Commission Structure
Here is some proof, I've actually shared about 2/3 of all commissions
Commissions update 12 January 2020
Here is a proof of Payment section per individual
📝NOTE: I've noticed when I was creating the images of commission sharing that the "RECENT" blocks are showing zero. If you look at totals from the first image, you can tell I'm actively sharing with all of my referrals.📝

5️⃣SOME CLAIM STATS5️⃣
You can earn AT LEAST .00000552 BTC (.048$) daily when automated (or claiming every hour on the hour) before bonuses (like using reward points to increase rewards 1000%). After some testing, it seems that this amount will always be about .048$ worth of BTC, base claim rewards no bonus active.
After .00030000 BTC, you accrue compounding interest at a rate of 4.08% APR, paid daily. As soon as your daily interest is accredited, it too starts earning interest. The daily interest rate comes out to ~0.011% of your total held BTC.
FREEBITCO.IN gives you a roll once every hour, free
📝NOTE: Roll rewards fluctuate inversely with BTC price. BTC goes down, roll rewards go up, vice versa. The BTC rewards USD value will be extremely close to the values represented below.📝

6️⃣MULTIPLY BTC STRATS AND INFO6️⃣
🛑!WARNING!, NO STRATEGY IS 100%, THE MULTIPLIER GAME IS GAMBLING, YOU CAN STILL LOSE YOUR WHOLE BALANCE IF YOU PUSH YOUR LUCK.🛑
UPDATE: I decided to do some research after some odd outcomes when extensively testing some of my Multiplier strats. Turns out FREEBITCO.IN does indeed have a house advantage that isn't too transparent. Longer sessions are almost always going to come out negative. If you still plan on playing, do short sessions, once daily max, with lower amounts.
There are a couple methods to play the Multiplier with a reduced risk (but still a risk) here as well. I would suggest small play sessions.
STRAT #1
My preferred settings for AUTOROLL on MULTIPLY that I've had the best success rate with to date. (preferably with .00005000 in ACCT for best results)

ODDS: 3
ROLLS: (doesn't matter, 100)
BET ON: alternate
STOP BETTING PROFIT: .00000050, important as the bets will get exponentially higher with every loss. Win in small increments.
STOP BETTING LOSS: Set a loss limit if you want, I have mine set to .00001 and haven't reached it
ON WIN: select increase bet 0%
ON LOSS: select increase bet 65%
RANDOMIZE CLIENT SEED: yes
DO NOT REFRESH: yes
Here is a pic of the settings
Anything else doesn't matter. Make sure the boxes are checked for the above options.
With this strat, I've won positive on one account, about .000077 BTC, and I've only played 5 or 6 times, at less than 2-3 minutes of play time a session.
STRAT #2
Good for accounts with a low balance. I've had a surprising amount of luck with this method, enough so that I thought I'd post it here with an update. This could work well for accounts with less than 1k Satoshi, as a losing streak wouldn't be a huge loss. For this strat, you should have at least 189 Satoshi in your account.
BET: Minimum amount
ODDS/WIN CHANCE: 189 or %0.5
ROLLS: 189 (remains the same no matter if you bet more)
BET ON: High or Low, but not Alternate.
STOP BETTING ON PROFIT: Minimum amount, once again, you want continuous small wins
UPDATE: Conducting more tests for viability
I played these settings 10 times, I came out positive 8/10 times. In the end I was positive 433 Satoshi total with selecting "hi".
On selecting "low" I went positive 5/10 losing 525 Satoshi.
On selecting "hi" and betting 10 Satoshi, I went positive 3/10 times losing 9708 Satoshi.
On selecting "high" and betting 100 Satoshi, I never went positive, 0/10. Losing 189000 Satoshi (~15$ USD).
There does seem to be a pattern of losing more when betting more. Like anything gambling, there's probably a house advantage that's not too transparent.
Win small lose small.
Pic of these settings
STRAT #3
Another strategy I've tried is betting most of my balance once occasionally with a 94.06% chance of winning. This is, eh, alright to risk OCCASIONALLY, but a loss would set you back more than you ever made using this strategy, which happened to me, I lost about 40 USD worth of BTC after making maybe 5 USD.
THIS METHOD IS GREAT FOR MEETING NON-CAPTCHA ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS!
Playing this in auto roll, out of 20 rolls I'd always lose at least once, putting me into the negative. Even with 10 rolls, I'd more often then not lose at least once.
Pic of these settings
There are other strats out there, such as the "Martingale", which is essentially doubling the bet amount every loss, then resetting your bet to minimum after a win to in theory "win back what you lost". At 47.5% odds of winning, I've had loss streaks that would drain my account.
My summary for Multiply, use sparingly. Don't use it as your primary means of earning. Use once or twice daily, limit play sessions to 5 minutes max.

7️⃣AUTOMATION7️⃣
📝NOTE: FREEBITCO.IN captcha requirements seem to be tiered, with requirements for Captcha free upscaling when you BTC holding passes a certain threshold.
I'm currently testing, as is another team member (Shout out to u/SrExtreme69) , what exactly these thresholds, if holding at these thresholds increases the length of Captcha free rolls, and at what amount does FREEBITCO.IN no longer require these to be met.📝
📝NOTE: To start automating, remember to verify email and setup 2FA or the Captcha will still appear even if your account meets Captcha free requirements. Check the site occasionally as Captcha free roll requirements can change. After certain held BTC amount you don't need to renew your requirements. I haven't had to achieve new requirements in over a month.📝
📝NOTE: You may need to manually roll for a bit until the the ability to achieve a Captcha free account becomes available. It doesn't show at first.📝
📝NOTE: It's very difficult, if not impossible to automate on iOS devices.
First of all, getting to this point can be a grind, but once achieved you'll have a steady flow of BTC with options to increase earnings through rewards claims using RP. I would suggest going to your PROFILE tab on FREEBITCO.IN and disabling lottery to increase RP production when starting out. Using other apps or resources to supplement income is a good idea as well.
On the FREE BTC page, there is a blue text hyperlink with requirements that need to be met to make your account captcha free, thus allowing you to enable autoroll on extensions or apps. It has multiple ways to achieve this and they can change, so if your autoroll has stopped, check to see if these requirements have changed.
Here are the requirements. (Amounts vary)
It seems only two of these requirements need to be met.
The less risky and easiest method is to buy lottery tickets and bet with jackpots on. Even better is depositing bitcoin if you have that amount.
The POSSIBLY least expensive method is to bet both regularly and with Jackpots enabled on MULTIPLY (for higher amounts required, IMO Multiplier strat #3 works best)

8️⃣OPTIMIZATION AND USE OF FREEBITCO.IN8️⃣
For computers
I would suggest using Firefox, as you can add functions and tools to your bar up top. One of the being a "auto roll" for FREEBITCO.IN, still requires a "captcha free" account. Turn it on and let go, check it occasionally to make sure its still going.
Autoroll firefox add-on link
My link again for ease of access
Not my preferred method, but good for a second account, as using a computer means devoting more attention to FREEBITCO.IN in an inconvenient manner if you are just starting out. After Captcha has been removed, this becomes more hands free, but not as profitable as using bitbot, as you can't autoclaim RP rewards.
I haven't tried many methods besides using Firefox addons, as I'm wary of sources or intent when it comes to 3rd party scripts or programs. If I find any trustworthy scripts or programs, I will update here.
For Mobile
🛑BITBOT WARNING, IF YOU USE BITBOT TO ACCESS FREEBITCO.IN BEFORE USING MY REFERRAL, YOU WILL BE REFERRED THROUGH BITBOT, AND THEY DON'T SHARE COMMISSIONS AS FAR AS I CAN TELL🛑 My Link again
📝NOTE: iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) do not have access to BitBot, nor do they allow extensions/add-ons on their browsers. I have not personally found a way around this. You may still access the site and manually roll.📝
I use BitBot. This is the best place to start from IMO. You can set it to notify you of rolls and gives direct access to the site from the app (you can also access the site from any device with internet). Once your account is "captcha free" you can set it to auto roll AND automatically claim rewards every 24 hours (RP increase, BTC increase, Lottery ticket Increase).
📝NOTE: Bitbot allows auto roll from the app for accounts over 500 RP. This isn't permanent, as it uses your RP. You'll need to log onto the website through a browser to achieve captch free account requirements, which Bitbot does recognize, which allow completely free rolls.📝
📝NOTE: Accessing FREEBITCO.IN through BitBot doesn't allow access to the Hi-Lo or betting games.📝
⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹
9️⃣STRATS TO INCREASE EARNINGS9️⃣
Bitbot optimization
I started manual claims by setting roll notifications to "ON" for a while until I supplemented my BTC in FREEBITCO.IN with what I was collecting from my miner and CryptoTab. Once I was able to AUTOMATE and I had enough RP to claim the RP BONUS, I set it to do that automatically every 24 hours as this nets more RP than you spend (EG, 100 RP roll bonus costs 1200 RP, but can net 2400 RP if claimed every hour). Eventually you accrue enough RP to claim the %1000 BTC bonus, probably at a rate of once or twice a week.
My current BitBot settings now that its auto claiming, I have the 24 hour auto bonus claiming 100 RP roll bonus and 100% claim bonus, spending a total of 1520 RP, but I'm making 2400 RP with the RP bonus, leaving me 780 RP in the positive each day. Every now and then I'll stop the auto bonus claim so I can buy the 1000% claim bonus (3200 RP). So on a normal day I'll make about 1344 Satoshi. Bitbot auto bonus settings
Once your accrue more referrals, or save enough RP, it's possible to claim the 1000% BTC roll bonus multiple days in a row. This is just about as optimal as you can get for auto rolling.
Self Referrals
If you have two devices (phone and computer preferably) you can make two accounts as long as one uses a different wifi or internet connection, as the roll rewards tracks IP addresses for roll counts. So if you have 2 devices on the same network, it sudo links accounts, so if you roll on one, it restarts the timer on the other. This allows you to collect referral rewards from yourself. Effectively adding 25% of interest and 50% roll rewards.
I currently have a phone autorolling on BitBot with a computer autorolling on Firefox with a tool to roll automatically as long as the page remains open. My computer account is referred from my mobile account, and is currently bringing in an extra .000015+ BTC weekly (currently, total will be this Sunday and I will update).
I've also made another account on my partners phone, linked it with bitbot and got it auto-rolling. Once bitbot is going, its non-invasive and you can silence notifications, it also uses minimal data.
Supplementing with CryptoTab
I'll use CryptoTab on my computer 24/7 to earn BTC from that while I have FREEBITCO.IN running. I also have it running on my phone at night when I sleep and on an iPad I have that I don't use much, its server mining, so no worries about battery on mobile devices. On computers it does actually use your processing power. You can directly deposit into you FREEBITCO.IN accounts.
CryptoTab Link
I've used it for two weeks and have earned a total of .000454 BTC (3.60$ USD). Not huge, but enough to start collecting interest on FREEBITCO.IN and to get the capthca free account requirements.
Supplementing with Cointiply
🛑WARNING: Cointiply's main currency is the constant, weighted against the dollar (10,000 coin/1USD). This means your actually BTC holdings will fluctuate with BTC's price.
For this reason, it's my strong opinion that DON'T HODL in Cointiply as you're not holding actual BTC.🛑
Cointiply is a great site to earn decent amounts of COIN which translate to SAT's. Earn coin, withdraw to FREEBITCO.IN (as you actually hold BTC in cointiply).
I also use an ASIC miner (Antminer s9i, DIY liquid cooled and overclocked with BixBit firmware), and whatever I earn I'll put that into FREEBITCO.IN to collect interest. If you want, I may be willing to do a rental.
⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹⏹
1️⃣0️⃣ADVERTISING YOUR LINK1️⃣0️⃣
📝NOTE: Since this faucet has been around a while, many people privy to sites such as this are already signed up. So getting referrals can be a slog. My tips for your ads is be genuine and don't hard sell or post "too good to be true" sensational ads.📝
COINTIPLY
This is another faucet. Its structure is a bit different from FREEBITCO.IN, as you complete offers to earn coin. Within this site (also an app) users can earn coins by doing PTC ads (and other offers), this is a good method to get exposure as you can advertise as well. Using this method my traffic for last week as about 800 people.
13000 coins buys about 1000 "clicks" on your ads. They also have options to advertise to people based on location (these options will increase or decrease cost). After your first ad, you usually get a 10% off coupon good for 7 days as well.
You can earn this amount within a day doing surveys on Theorem. I've done surveys before, and this has to be one of the best surveys sights I've ever done. Very rarely do I get kicked out mid survey, and if I do, I still get partial pay.
I will also use "Hideout" on my computer and leave it running. It has to be the open tab on your browser, with the browser open, not minimized. Let it go and check it occasionally as it has a timeout at roughly 2-3 hrs idle. As of now this is the best passive method of earning on Cointiply.
PI NETWORK
Pi Network, an ICO (Initial coin offering) based on trust and social media is another good medium for advertising. I will usually see 15-20 people click on my link with 2-4 ads posted per day.
Just go to "chat", select "random" and post an ad in the chat channel. No charge.
My tip, keep your ads short to medium in length, don't spam.
XYO NETWORK/COIN APP
This is another crypto earned through "geo-mining". On the "coin" app you can do a "geodrop" where you can leave a note. Just click on the box with a parachute icon, select "any" on the "Tile" selection. Leave your ad in the "note" section.
It costs 10 "COIN" at the very least to do a "geodrop". This method may not be worth it if you aren't already involved in the program. To earn a substantial amount of coin, you'll need a subscription or a "sentinel". Sentinels can actually be purchased for under 20$ nowadays (depending on site) and is the best option to earn. Without these you'll only make approx .05-.18 coin every 30 seconds if you're actively moving.
My tips if you plan on advertising on this platform, once again keep it short, and only advertise around 7-9am and 4-6pm, as this will be peak mining hours with people driving to and from work.

Passive crypto earning! Mobile apps that mine crypto. Start earning now! Bonus links!

These are some of the passive crypto earners I use. These are so passive I can not turn them down, haha.
The first one is Electroneum. This is a mibile miner thats uses no battery, or data as it mines in the cloud.
This is live on the market and works like UBI(Universal basic income), universal basic income. I like the idea of it but you have to do full KYC. Still very passive and a weekly payout. Use my link to for a bonus to earn more per week: https://www.mannabase.com/?ref=XNapSiCvR9
The one is one I love. Follow my link and get a 5swc sweatco.in/hi/bryn499128
This one is similar to the Brave browser, you read articles, and when you finish you can tip the article author some crypto, at no charge to you, and you also receive some. It's easy and I like the concept, will hop on and read a few articles when bored. Follow my link for another bonus to everthing you earn: https://www.publish0x.com?a=5xe7gNye7r

Experiment , generate more Bitcoin by buying top10 altcoins in 2020.

Experiment , generate more Bitcoin by buying top10 altcoins in 2020.
Finally i have made a decision to do this experiment generating more Bitcoins by buying shitcoins . About which i was talking on my video on YouTube in march 2019. So basically my plan was to buy some alt-coins with Bitcoin and in that way generate more Bitcoins. I have made this decision because most of the alt-coins has reached lowest points against BTC in my opinion. And proving by history they usually bounce of it. Another big reason is that Bitcoin halving is due in May 2020. This could spike up Bitcoin price and alt-coins could possible dragged with it. I cannot guarantee i will succeed but i will do an update every month or quarter on YouTube channel how am im doing with this chosen portfolio. I have a good feeling i will succeed, as i am not Bitcoin maximal and shit-coin minimalist. I am quite good at recognizing innovation. Few of my purchased coins potentially could do much better then Bitcoin price in nearest future.

https://preview.redd.it/4dionqaitra41.png?width=1302&format=png&auto=webp&s=7ca6551ab65e36c33ea3ded6c68a25f998fac4c4
So the plan is to spend 2 BTC and buy 10 alt-coins. 0.2 Bitcoin each alt-coin. I am using binance to purchase these coins and i will add them in my portfolio tracker https://www.cryptocompare.com/portfolio/ . This place is very nice where to track your crypto portfolio from desktop. I do believe 99% alt-coins are scam and will fail in future, but there also will be some who will survive. The reason i think im going to succeed is not only that these projects are useful. But i only need 1 alt-coin to do 10x in bull market against btc and the rest can fail to brake even.
My top 10 alt-coins purchased and the reasons behind it :
 • Ethereum - By dapp platform stats Ethereum is winning every other gen2-gen3 blockchains which are Tron,Eos etc in every aspect. Built Dapps, new users, existing users, volume and so on. Users and developers are the main key for s block-chain project to succeed. Ethereum has issues yes, there is not much room to grow. But there is constant development going on to increase platforms usability. Another thing is DeFi (decentralized finance) which got very popular in 2019 . Which basically brings banking to block-chain. This new turn on Ethereum is gaining momentum and growing every day. This will be huge in my opinion in 2020.

https://preview.redd.it/ou93neqjtra41.png?width=864&format=png&auto=webp&s=b098124dc7722e67da6fb1504f8dcfff4a2aba2b
 • Chainlink - Chainlink is something unique. Currently Block-chains smart contracts cannot record data on them from outside world, they can do only on chain data. Which is timestamps, block numbers, transaction value. On their own they cannot listen to outside world which is called of chain data. But Chainlink fixes this issue, feeding this information trough decentralized oracles to smart contracts. It really made this utility token very popular in 2019, because of their massive partnership with google cloud. And on top of that they already have working product and it is been used by numerous crypto projects. It currently is looking the biggest contender to fix this issue what block chains has.

https://preview.redd.it/x9w5o8tktra41.png?width=1271&format=png&auto=webp&s=4bb5edfe4a43f2a6102ed0913348077125878b5e
 • Basic attention token ( BAT) - is solving Advertisers and Content creators as myself problem ,what we have currently. For example Google collects about 40-50% add revenue from YouTube adds. Basic attention token ( BAT) solves this issue with their Brave browser. Brave browser allows you to tip your favorite content creators and block companies which collects your privacy data. So how does it work , Advertiser purchases advertisement with BAT tokens which goes to users and content creators. You actually are getting paid to watch adds. So it disables the middle man like google in this case who is taking 50% cut. Technically if Brave browser platform grows, price should increase.
 • Monero - Monero is a privacy coin. I do believe that privacy coins will be very demanded in future. As block-chains are getting bigger and bigger adoption, eventually governments will crack down on them. And will develop software which will allow them to trace and get user privacy data. This could happen already this year, as recent statements from EU leaders are they need more regulation on Crypto and block-chain. Monero is one of the oldest privacy coin out there. And these events around possibly could spike up Monero price. I don't want to hype it to much, but privacy was one of the main feature why Bitcoin was invented.
 • Neo - neo is 3rd generation blockchain similar as Ethereum. Neo comes out of China, which is one of the main reasons why im choosing this smart contract platform. Recent statement from Chinese president Xi Jinping that they have to adopt block-chain technology in their country. This statement made me very bullish on NEO. 3rd generation block-chain platforms really will kick of in 2020, just because the possibilities can be developed on them. I don't really think yet we have figured out what can be deployed on these platforms. We can see that as time goes by, new things are been figured out like DeFi, games, fundraising and many more. Also the price on NEO has drooped about 20x since all time high. And recent volume has been growing on NEO platform. So fingers cross, Neo going to bring us honey.
 • Cosmos (ATOM)
 • IOTA (MIOTA)
 • Synthetix (SNX)
 • Tezos (XTZ)
 • Cardano (ADA)

https://preview.redd.it/fncdr5jmtra41.jpg?width=1374&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9e5fd71ff5132f7b49a3d1606757ab2bdaf00f41
I have gone trough these projects social media channels and looked how active is the community. GitHub, is there any active development on their platform. Also is there any fundamentals and working product behind it. These are the main reasons i have picked these coins for my challenge. This is not any financial advice, i'm just looking to do a challenge/research. Is this a way to increase bitcoin in bull market by buying alt-coins. I'm playing this safe and choosing the coins from top 50 in coin-market cup. Because i do believe if coin is valuable it should at-least have some value in bear market.

Earn BAT token just by hanging on the Internet

Earn BAT token just by hanging on the Internet
To make easy use of the Internet can be quite small sums, but this is the essence cryptonomicon — the use of decentralized applications for the benefit of all society and of little profit for themselves. (for example, the first bitcoin miners received quite a bit, if converted into dollars, but they supported a decentralized network.)
Concept: most sites live off advertising revenue. Sometimes it's annoying ads, sometimes the site does not deserve the advertising revenue that the user brought — he did not give the user the desired content, but the advertising showed. Advertising is often not relevant, advertising and tracking are forced.
https://preview.redd.it/u0rnjhbybbp31.png?width=300&format=png&auto=webp&s=0380836e59da4125ea9b223ff78ad295bd591bbf
BRAVE and the economy of its token BAT-should solve these problems.
Solution: all brave browser users have 3 options to choose from:
- do not show ads at all
- show ads from BRAVE, earning tokens for viewing it
- leave it as it is
The first option is clear — you just do not watch ads and no one is watching you.
The third option is also clear — you watch ads from websites, and you are watched by marketing agencies.
The second option is hard to implement, but it is very beautiful in nature. Brave collects statistics, passes through neural networks. Ads are shown by brave advertisers, based on your behavior. You get BAT tokens for clicking on ads and performing certain actions.

Investment advice from /u/Nooku (end of 2017 edition)

It has been a while since I wrote my latest big altcoin topic.
This sub only had <10 000 subscribers, times surely have changed.
I used to invest in altcoins (with seperate networks) but ever since Ethereum gained traction I have unloaded all of my alts and switched exlusively to Ethereum tokens.
There are a few reasons for this:
1) Obviously Ethereum is the prime technology in the cryptocurrency space, and will keep that spot, even strengthen it, in the foreseeable future. Any coins living on the Ethereum network will benefit from the worldwide exposure ETH gives. All these tokens have this Ethereum "buff" as you will.
2) Ignoring the ICO scams, there are many technologies out there that are choosing the Ethereum network because they see the endless posibilities of the network and want to bring value. This results in a huge brain gain from smart developers around the world. Intelligence means value.
Another important note is that I'm a long-term investor. I don't care about short term gains. I look long term so the value dictates the price, not the hype.
Let's get right into my picks.

1st Tier

All prices are in USD for future reference
BAT ($0.15): BAT is the Basic Attention Token, a token that works together with the Brave webbrowser. It's a strong idea from Brendan Eich. He's not your average IT-guy. This guy has changed the way our browsers work, twice. He first invented JavaScript, a scripting language that every single web application or website relies on today. Then he went on to become the co-founder of the Mozilla Project. They invented the Mozilla browser, which evolved into the more widely known Firefox browser. Again changing the way we interact and surf the web.
His newest radical idea is to change the way advertising works.
Today the advertisers pay websites to spam your screen with ads. He wants to turn the roles around. He wants advertisers to pay you, the user, for allowing them to target you with ads. Every user will now get a choice on wanting to receive ads or not. If a user accepts, the user gets paid.
A radical but simple idea to end the era of obnoxious and missmatched ad spam and the need for adblock plugins.
Its current market cap of $153 million is a steal for a solution that both users as advertisers have reason to love and prefer.
GNT ($0.26): GNT, the Golem project, was the one ICO that marked a new era in crypto-land: "The ICO". It was one of the first tokens on the Ethereum network, and its $8.6 million coin offering got sold out in 20 minutes back in 2016. The event attracted wide attention and soon after we would start to see the ICO token boom. This was before raising money through an ICO was considered to be "easy"
Their main idea is just as revolutionary as their ICO:
becoming a marketplace for computing power. Bitcoin burns electricity with meaningless calculations, while Golem wants to turn this into usable calculations.
When you think about Golem, you have to imagine: Rendering, processing big data for scientific research, keeping artificial intelligent agents online for 24/7 that can be interacted with.
This is a big idea that can enhance the world in many ways, on a wide range of fields. The GNT coin will be the currency these miners receive, and researchers, users, programmers will be paying.
At a $222 million market cap, you are not only buying the access keys to huge amounts of processing power, but you might also be buying future access to artificial intelligent agents who will execute your job for you.
DATA ($0.11): What do the above agents that run on the Golem network need for their computing cycles? They'll be needing data. Lots of data. Streams of data.
This is where DATA comes in, the coin of the StreamR network. You want your application to tap in on a constant stream of relevant data? Establish a connection with the StreamR network to receive a constant real-time stream of data, in exchange for DATA coin.
It's not a coincidence that the StreamR developers are closely colaborating with the Golem developers. Golem's posibilities increase with the existence of a decentralized network that streams data. And Golem is a great client for the StreamR network to deliver data to.
With a $75 million market cap and rank 82 (up from 109 last week), this coin is on the rise through the rankings. And for good reason.
I'm not randomly picking coins here.
ETH ($445.85): Just for completion, this is a standard pick. Of course ETH is going to go higher. Now that I'm at it, I'll just typ what really interests you. Worst case scenario is a $1000 value for ETH in 2018. My expected (but for some probably conservative) expection and estimation puts ETH at an expected $1500 price in 2018. I might be writing a deeper analysis with more detailed predictions in the near future (no promises) (historical reference).

2nd tier

Time to explain my tiers. The above 4 coins are the coins I really believe in, which I call the 1st tier. These are long term investments with a very low risk.
The 2nd tier coins have less fundamentals and may be more speculative, although still have a reasonably low risk.
RLC ($0.50): iExec. Kind of a tricky one. But if you love, believe in, and hodl Golem, you would want to hodl iExec (RLC) as well.
iExec can be considered a healthy competitor to Golem. If Golem succeeds, iExec will be considered the 2nd chance investment for those who missed the Golem train.
If Golem struggles, iExec might take over its role and become the technology that Golem tried but failed to be.
At a market cap of $40 million, the risk is relatively low while the potential reward can be quite lucrative. If it would ever manage to hit todays market cap of Golem, we are facing a 500 % increase, safely outweighting the risk of -100%.
If you were to own Golem, RLC is a safe hedge, and your insurance.

Other coins worth mentioning

OMG ($8.16): OmiseGo, and ANT ($1.80): Aragon. Both beautiful projects that enhance Ethereum itself and will be making the network more valuable.

Final note

Are there other, perhaps better coins out there than the above list? Absolutely.
Times have changed. With now there being an abundance of coins to choose from making it impossible to look into all of them.
The above coins are projects I have researched thoroughly and which I can conclude to be safe bets. Projects that have a high chance of success, while still being relatively cheap.

Please share your picks including the why's

As always, let's help each other with more suggestions and picks, with preferably low market caps since that's where the gains are to be made.
Happy hodling!

A letter to the IDW regarding Patreon and other social media CEO ideologues.

These past 3-4 years or so I've seen social media morph into something complete opposite of what they once were. Today I'm seeing it being pushed hard in coding and in the video game industry, all the way out to comics now. There is currently a war on social media (which is the obvious one), linux (which is an open source operating system), and in the online video game community. Linux could have huge repercussions depending on the outcome, as a lot of stuff we use is built with linux and a lot of businesses use linux because it's free.
Social media is obvious, so I'll spare sources on those.

Now lets discuss what I came here to talk about which is blockchain technology. In my opinion, the issue we're seeing is centralized entities slowly evolve with or without the consent of the general public. What ends up happening over time is these companies begin to lose touch with their consumers and it begins to go unchecked essentially due to the attention economy arms-race. So at best, we have a system that will cycle and repeat itself via centralized entities. New company starts, slowly turns into ideologically driven company, turns into something user base doesn't like, new company starts to compete with ideologically driven company, repeat. Centralization is at the core of most of the issues we see today. This is why decentralization may be the only real long term solution, which is what blockchain technology offers in many areas.
When most people hear the word blockchain they think of bitcoin, which was the first blockchain that went live back in 2009. Bitcoin is a transfer of value from A to B, or digital cash. Since its inception it has been self-sustaining and publicly governed via the bitcoin Proof of Work protocol. In a nutshell, anyone can buy mining hardware and start mining for the blockchain. Miners validate transactions and provide security for the network (more hashpower = more expensive 51% attack ). Their incentive to do so is being rewarded with bitcoin. Every block they mine they get rewarded with a number of bitcoin. Thus creating a decentralized transfer of value with no corporation or government oversight, all the work is done by the public including updates to the protocol. Miners get to vote on BIPs with their contributing hashpower to the network.
The next step we've seen in the blockchain space was Ethereum which used the underlying blockchain technology of bitcoin, and create their own decentralized world computer essentially by adding in smart contracts/programming languages into the blockchain. This allows decentralized applications (dapps) entirely to be built on top of the blockchain, creating their own self-sustaining publicly governed applications. The most valuable things Ethereum has to offer are DApps and DAOs (decentralized autonomous organizations). What this allows is for the Ethereum network to have layers, the Ethereum protocol will have its own rules and protocols as far as governing/validating transactions for it, which is the layer 1. The DApps/DAOs will then have their own rules and protocols for the same things which is the layer 2 which is all determined by the DApp/DAO itself. I would like to give some DApps I think the IDW should look into certainly, then other stuff that's currently unusable or has a cool concept.
The first one is BAT Basic Attention Token/Brave Browser which is targeting the ad/attention economy, as well as patreon inadvertently. The brains behind all of this is Brendan Eich -- creator of javascript and founder of Mozilla Firefox. SJW culture had also already infected firefox which led to him getting fired.
Here is Brendan Eich giving the new decentralized attention economy rundown -- https://vimeo.com/209336437
The Brave Browser and the Basic Attention Token will work in a duo to get the current ad model back to sanity. Brave Browser blocks all ads/trackers natively. There is also very big emphasis on privacy beyond that built (or being built) into the browers. It is a fork of the Chromium (Google Chrome) software which will incentivize developers to build on it, while also allowing compatibility with addons -- though vetting process will not be the same. They have private tabs, TOR (Onion browser) tabs, and are currently working on a built in VPN for maximum privacy. Here are my Brave stats for ~1 year of use -- https://imgur.com/a/t3pWBP3
The BAT token comes in as the value for the decentralized ad ecosystem. Consumers will have the choice to opt in or out of ads on their system. If they choose to allow them, they will be rewarded with BAT tokens. The browser will help learn about what ads would specifically be valuable to you but not mine your data. Users will then give BAT back to their favorite content creators. I have personally participated in 5 separate payments throughout the year, right now they offer a lot of free promo BAT to give away so if interested definitely check out the Brave Browser and look in >Settings >Payments and you can mess around and earn free promo BAT tokens. You can send directly to websites, including specific YouTube channels.
List of all verified publisher websites -- https://batgrowth.com/publishers
Getting started on becoming a verified publisher -- https://brave.com/publishers/ -- The only two who I support that are verified are Bret Weinstein and Dave Rubin. I still send to other IDW channels though because they will be notified when they hit 100$ worth of tokens.
Whitepaper for much more technical overview -- https://whitepaperdatabase.com/basic-attention-token-bat-whitepape
E-commerce
The next area I want to talk about is e-commerce and blockchain. There are a couple I recommend looking into for invoicing on the blockchain. BitPay for bitcoin payments (not decentralized but usable today) and Request Network for Ethereum and dapp token payments. What they offer is decentralization and basically a "Pay with PayPal" button for cryptocurrencies. They also track all the backend stuff like date, time, how much was spent, etc. Standard invoice/auditing but on the blockchain. So you don't have to deal with all the hassle of tracking and organizing your payments for tax purposes. In the future a lot of the accounting work will be automated by Request Network or other alternatives via smart contracts. Bitcoin sadly doesn't offer smart contracts but we might see some interoperability in blockchain very soon. The REQ token will be used for governance of the protocol and processing Request Network transactions. Giving the people who are invested in it say in what happens with the protocol.
Detailed rundown of Request Network -- https://coincentral.com/request-network-beginner-guide/
Whitepaper -- https://request.network/assets/pdf/request_whitepaper.pdf
Both of these could be tools utilized today, though adoption is still in its very early stages. Now I will list other concepts that haven't fully emerged as usable but are either in alpha/beta/propriety closed development until done.
SingularDTV -- https://singulardtv.com/ -- Tokenize yourself. Make your own token that represents your work and have the public value it accordingly. Aimed to be a decentralized entertainment industry, it could impact anything from YouTube to Record/label companies in music.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQJeAE0KTnY -- YouTube video explaining the essence of this platform.
They will have a lineup of applications for different functions but the SNGL token will be used as the governance token. Tokit is the first application where you can hold a sort of crowdfund for yourself, which you are able to do today -- https://tokit.io/
Peepeth https://peepeth.com/welcome -- Censorship resistant blockchain based twitter alternative
Steemit https://steemit.com/ -- Value based posting reddit alternative
Aragon I've heard Dr. Peterson speak about an autonomous education system and I believe he could potentially build one with proper developers. There is a DAO that is dedicated to DAO startups called Aragon, which is what I immediately think of when I hear him talk about a new education platform. Something self sustained and self governed. I'm not nearly smart enough to try and solve any game theory behind this but it could definitely be a starting point. They have already assisted multiple successful DAO startups such as district0x which is a DAO where people vote on developments. One of the first developments voted for was Decentraland which is a blockchain based VR world where you own the in-game property via tokens. So if nothing else is appealing in this list then I would suggest starting to build a DAO of your own!
TLDR; Centralization bad, decentralization good. Blockchain offers tons of decentralization.

Crypto Month in Review - June 2018

Previous reviews: Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May
Crypto moves way too fast for me to keep up, so I aggregate each day's biggest headline and publish the list at the end of the month. Below is my list for June. My main news source was reddit. My main holdings are ETH and NANO, but I try to make these lists as unbiased as possible.
Market cap movement throughout June - a slight downward trend. Mostly sideways, with some sharp downward dips it has yet to recover from.
6/1 - Huobi, the 3rd largest exchange in the world, launches a cryptocurrency ETF that tracks the top 10 cryptos. 6/2 - EOS’ year-long ICO comes to an end, raising a record $4 billion total, over twice as much as Telegram’s next most valuable ICO. 6/3 - ZenCash undergoes two consecutive 51% attacks, with the attacks taking nearly 20,000 ZEN. 6/4 - Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak says that he buys into the idea of Bitcoin becoming the single international currency. 6/5 - The Indonesian government clears cryptocurrency to be traded on futures exchanges as a commodity. 6/6 - Internal job postings reveal that Fidelity Investments is building a cryptocurrency exchange. 6/7 - MasterCard files a patent for a system that would securely verify credit card purchases using data stored on a blockchain. 6/8 - After a lengthy investigation, Korea National Tax Services fines Bithumb $30 million in unpaid taxes but finds no evidence of illegal activity. 6/9 - Columbian banks close all the accounts of South American crypto exchange Buda following legal issues with the platform. 6/10 - The EOS main net launches, but struggles to get 15% of its tokens staked, which is required for the main net to allow transactions 6/11 - Subscription-based crypto-mining company Argo Blockchain is approved to be the first blockchain related company listed on the London Stock Exchange. 6/12 - Iota and Volkswagen demonstrate a proof-of-concept for secure, over the air data exchange between autonomous vehicles at the Cebit 2018 conference. 6/13 - A study by the University of Texas at Austin concludes that the price of Bitcoin was inflated by Tether in December 2017 and January 2018. 6/14 - In both a written statement and a speech to the Yahoo All Markets: Crypto summit, SEC executive William Hinman declares that Bitcoin and Ether are not securities due to their decentralization. He also states that other ICO cryptocurrencies may be considered securities, and that it is possible for tokens to lose their security status over time. 6/15 - A fatal bug is found in the Icon smart contract that allows any unprivileged account to enable and disable ICX transfers for all accounts. 6/16 - Less than 48 hours after going live, the EOS mainnet pauses transactions to identify and fix a serious issue. 6/17 - The Brave browser commences a rollout of its ads trial program, allowing users to get paid in BAT to watch ads. 6/18 - Payment services company Square is granted a BitLicense by New York, allowing state residents to buy and sell Bitcoin through its Cash app. 6/19 - $30 million of assets are stolen from Bithumb in the second such attack against the Korean exchange in 12 months. The exchange pledges to replenish the funds themselves and ensures no losses in users’ accounts. 6/20 - A partial audit of Tether by DC law firm Freeh, Sporkin & Sullivan LLP concludes that Tether has enough money to fully back every USDT in circulation. 6/21 - Nano releases mobile wallets to Android and iOS, but users immediately discover that the seed generation technique on the Android wallet is insecure. A hotfix is pushed several hours later. 6/22 - The Tokyo District Court halts the sale of any Bitcoin held by MtGox until February 2019. 6/23 - Four blockchain entrepreneurs are awarded Thiel Fellowship grants: Vest co-founder Axel Ericsson, Polkadot co-founder Robert Habermeier, MyCrypto CTO Daniel Ternyak and Mechanism Labs co-founder Aparna Krishnan. 6/24 - Chinese authorities arrest a man for allegedly stealing power to fuel a secret crypto-mining operation. 6/25 - Top venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz raises $300 million for its first dedicated cryptocurrency fund. It plans to put the money in early stage tokens, as well as later stage networks like Bitcoin and Ethereum, and hold the investments for 10 years. 6/26 - Facebook reverses its ban on cryptocurrency ads while maintaining its ban on ICO promotions. 6/27 - Malta, the current location of Binance headquarters, passes three cryptocurrency and blockchain related bills in an effort to draw more business to the “blockchain island”. 6/28 - Dan Larimer proposes an EOS “Constitution 2.0 “ through Block.one after 27 EOS accounts were frozen by EOS’ Core Arbitration Forum. 6/29 - A joint report from PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Swiss Crypto Valley Association shows that the ICO volume for 2018 has already doubled that of 2017. 6/30 - BitMEX CEO Arthur Hayes predicts the Bitcoin price to reach $50,000 by the end of 2018.
